This workshop, presented by Drew Adams CSWE, covers everything you need to know to get started working with the Weldment tools in SolidWorks. Originally given as a SolidWorks World technical training session, you’ll see how to take advantage of 3D sketching tools to layout the part, add structural members, trim, extend, and add plates, gussets, end caps and weld beads. You’ll also learn how to create your own custom profiles for Structural Members. If you’ve passed the CSWP, the workshop also provides insight into possible question types on the CSWP Weldment Specialist exam.
