The SolidProfessor 3DEXPERIENCE training curriculum has been overhauled with new lessons, updates to existing material, and a brand-new course for 3DEXPERIENCE administrators. These new and updated courses reflect the latest version of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform in 2025.
Designed for both beginners and advanced users, these courses cover everything from platform navigation and file management to advanced platform administration tools. Additional updates for 2025 include refreshed UI insights in the 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS course, two new sections detailing the process of adding/controlling member permissions in the Getting Started with 3DEXPERIENCE course, and documentation of any visual or technical improvements in the software. Course Highlights & Updates
The following 3DEXPERIENCE courses have been updated, improved, or added by subject matter experts to address real-world challenges and equip users with actionable knowledge:
- Getting Started with 3DEXPERIENCE: This introductory course is recommended for all users and explains how to navigate, store data, and add members to your platform. Two brand-new sections introduce the platform and cover the process of adding members.
- 3DEXPERIENCE Data Management: This essential course covers effective platform usage and the concepts of finding and organizing data, revision control processes, and sharing files both inside and outside your organization. Course updates include UI changes and a more comprehensive overview of strategies for managing data on the platform.
- Collaborative Designer for SOLIDWORKS: Covers streamlined processes for connecting desktop SOLIDWORKS to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to more effectively collaborate and manage data. This course has been revamped with updated terminology and strategies for using the 3DEXPERIENCE Add-in for SOLIDWORKS.
- 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS: Introduces 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS and how it can easily connect you to your team members and platform data while retaining the full capability and simplicity of SOLIDWORKS CAD. Updates reflect UI and terminology changes along with key insights into additional benefits of 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS.
- 3DEXPERIENCE Administrator Tools: This brand new course adds to the 3DEXPERIENCE training curriculum by covering the processes of adding members, assigning roles, and setting permissions at a more advanced level.
