CATIA V5 Basics
CATIA V5 was built to support multiple stages of product development – from conceptualization through manufacturing – in industries ranging from architecture to consumer goods.
Our CATIA V5 Essentials course will help you build a solid conceptual foundation in the fundamentals of CATIA. Intended for those who have a general knowledge of 3D modeling, we recommend completing the Introduction to CATIA course first.
Through this course, you’ll learn the core concepts needed to create professional models in CATIA and become proficient in sketching, part design, design changes, and assemblies.
Using a project-based approach, each lesson is a stand-alone guide on a particular topic. You can watch the course from start to finish or use it as an encyclopedia, referring to specific lessons whenever you need them.
As you begin designing more complex models, make use of the more advanced features of CATIA such as design tables, configurations, sub-assemblies, and more.
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to fully express your design intent in all 3D models and assemblies.
