What if I don't know who our reseller is, or we don't have one?
Choose "Other / I'm not sure" on the access form. Our team will reach out directly and help you get set up.
What happens after I submit the form?
Your request goes to your reseller's team, who will set up your access or walk you through next steps. If we don't work with your reseller yet, our team reaches out instead. Look for an email within 24–48 hours.
How do I renew or add seats?
Business memberships: contact your reseller, or use the access form if you're not sure who that is. Personal memberships: change your plan any time through the Membership Plans page.

SolidProfessor for Managers offers significant added value over individual subscriptions. With a SolidProfessor for Managers Membership, you'll receive:

I'm a student. How do I get access?
Use the school code from your instructor in the Student Store. No code? Ask your instructor, since access comes through your school.
I'm a homeschool educator or student. What do I do?
SolidProfessor offers homeschool high school students a yearly membership at the same rate as academic institutions. Request a walkthrough and choose "I'm a homeschool educator" or "I'm a homeschool student" under "What best describes you." We'll email you registration details so you can enroll through the Student Store.

Is there a discount for an annual personal membership?
Yes! You will receive two months of SolidProfessor online training courses for free when you sign up for a personal annual membership. Sign up today.
Do you offer a free trial?
No, but we offer something even better: You can access the first five lessons of every engineering course in the SolidProfessor Library for free, always. Start exploring our Library.
Can I make changes to my membership after I purchase?
Yes, you can change your membership plan at any time through the Membership Plans page. Depending on the type of change, you will either receive a credit applied to future billing or you will owe the difference in cost.
Can I share my SolidProfessor account with someone else?
No. We offer competitively priced memberships for SolidProfessor for Schools and SolidProfessor for Managers, but personal memberships are meant for one user. Contact us, and we can help you find the right path for your needs.
