At SolidProfessor, we believe that the long term wellness of employees increases productivity, retention, and overall profitability. And it’s the right thing to do! Health is an integral component of our key values. We sponsor team activities like Mud Runs, Marathons, and Bicycle Races. These activities allow our team to become more involved in the community, in addition to getting us moving! We also promote nutritious meals, ergonomic desks, walking meetings, and stop smoking programs. To continue to improve the health and wellness initiatives at SolidProfessor, this year we created an Employee Advisory Board with the goal of helping to engage the entire team to build a positive and healthy work environment.
